Returns 

Sometimes, things just don't fit the way we want! It's hard to know what kind of curves to expect when you're expecting & it's just as hard to make clothes for everyone's unique bump. We do accept returns and give a full refund if it doesn't work out!

Pretty standard rules...

*Return within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund.

*All original tags must be attached and items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and keep your tracking number!

Step 1: Package and ship your return - please include your first name, last name, and order #. 

Step 2 (optional): Email info@forticollection.com to let us know you have just shipped your return and list your name and order # so we can be on the lookout. 

Returns are reviewed and processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed with confirmation of a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your account. 

Reasons for No Refunds:

1. If the items that you are returning have been worn, damaged, tag has been removed or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to decline your request for a full refund. 

2. We do not accept returns for items after the 30 day return period mentioned above. Any items returned after the 30 day period will need to be mailed back to the customer at their expense.
